Again a long time between updates, so it is our biggest one ever. We are having a lot of fun watching our kids grow. Again we had a busy year, but we built a new patio that we really have been enjoying. Check out our year in our Jan 2008 galleries.

Wow it has been quite a while since the last update, so we added a bunch of pictures from the last year in the most December 2006 gallery. We are doing well, and the kids are thriving. Having two kids keeps us really busy, but it is great to watch them grow.

We have had Holly home now for almost 3 months. It is hard to believe as the time has gone by so fast. And wow has the kid changed since we brought her home. She weighed 19 pounds when we got home, but now weighs 26 pounds! I know that is that is an incredible 37% increase in weight in only 3 months, it must be some kind of record. But like we said, the kid can eat like you wouldn't believe, and has only recently started to get slightly picky. The kid has also gotten incredibly strong as well as 3 months ago she couldn't even crawl, and could barely turn over. Now she is walking all over the place and is very strong. She is also starting to vocalize more and more, but only knows a few basic words. Holly is quick to smile and enjoys doing new things.

She and Lily have been having fun playing together more and more. Lily especially likes to make Holly laugh, and their favorite games is chasing each other around, which gets them laughing like crazy. Lily seems very happy to have a sister, and is quick to defend her. We celebrated Chinese New Year this year, and placed decorations all over the house. Lily has really been into experiments lately, and has been asking to do them all the time. We are now growing sugar crystals, and placed a potato in the water so we can watch the roots grow. Next we will get her some kind of chemistry kit. As usual we more pictures in the Winter 2005 to 2006 gallery.

It has been a month since we arrived home with Holly from China, and she is doing great. When we first arrived back home the Dr. said she a little malnourished but should catch up quick, and boy has she. She eats like you wouldn't believe. She loves to eat and gets jealous if she sees you eating without feeing her. She also eats everything you give her.

She and Lily are doing well together and seem very compatible. They are both tough kids and enjoy keeping busy with the toys. I've added another China gallery with pictures from our trip.

We will be leaving for China October 19th. If everything goes well we will have Holly Pei in our arms on Oct 23. Just like we did 3 years ago, we plan on posting to our online travel journal every few days.

We got another update about Holly Pei! She really has grown a lot since her first set of pictures that were taken last April. The one below was taken September 15th. Still not sure when we are traveling, but we should know soon.

We got some more information on our Holly Pei. Her favorite toy is a rattle and she is quick to smile. It also appears here foster mother really likes to keep her bundled up. She also keeps her well fed, something we are grateful for. We think the photos below were taken in late April. We can't wait to go get her.

We are so excited, we just got a picture of our new daughter "Holly Pei". She looks amazingly like Lily, and is just as big or bigger.

We just upgraded the website and  now have 10 times more space then before. We had not been able to update the site in awhile since we reached the disk space limit. So check out the new gallery. Also since we have the space here is the 12MB clip of when we first got Lily .
